Hilton Hotels & Resorts Offers Pet-Friendly Programs
On the first week on June, Hilton announced their new services as a pet-friendly hotel. More than 200 Hilton Hotels in the Americas will welcome cats and dogs this summer with their new Pet Friendly program.
Jeff Diskin, senior vice president – brand management of Hilton Hotels & Resorts stated, “Hilton focuses on providing a hassle-free and inspired experience for the world’s travelers – and for many travelers, being able to include a four-legged friend is critical to achieving a relaxed and productive stay.”
“Our Pet Friendly program was designed with all of our guests in mind – those with or without pets – so that every stay can be personalized to meet the needs of the individual traveler and their entire family.”
At check-in, your pets will receive a travel tote made of Crypton® Super Fabric filled with pampering treats including organic treats, a pocket-size packet of bio-degradable waste bags, a Hilton pet collar tag and a travel-size bottle of disinfectant, deodorizer and one-step cleaner.
A select number of pet-friendly rooms will be designated in each participating Hilton hotel. These rooms were designed exclusively for Hilton by famed artist William Wegman. The Hilton Pet Friendly collection will include a stain-, water- and microbial-resistant pet bed, as well as food and water bowls with placemat, and an exclusive pet amenity kit complete with dog waste clean-up bags and treats. These rooms will undergo standard room cleaning procedures — deep cleaning of carpets, drapery and all upholstered furniture after each pet guest has checked out.
Randy Rubin, co-founder of Crypton Fabrics said that they are thrilled to work with Hilton and William Wegman in this unique project that combines thri great performance fabrics, beautiful designs and their love for animals. “The pet beds and accessories we’ve designed blend fun and practicality, ensuring that even a pet’s stay at Hilton is a great experience.”
Participating Hiltons will offer pet concierge service with information about local dog runs, veterinarian offices and pet boutiques.
